DirecTV Inc Complaint - Unhappy Last Time Customer
EAST STROUDSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- About a month ago I wanted to get international channels in my home... After speaking to nearly ten sales rep.. I was told this was possible with only one satellite on my roof,so I went ahead and placed my order, to find out only minutes later that to have these channels I needed a second piece of equipment. Spoke to more sales people for about two days everyone gave me a different story.Seems no one knows what DirecTV really sales.. Maybe I could order groceries or medicines from them too.The most non professional sales ethics I have ever seen.. Just in a hurry to get an account open,for after you are on your own.Truly remarkable idiots!! So I went and had everything canceled... But 30 days and $162.00 Later(not ever being told that the trial period was only 72 hours)i am left with no signal and all the equipment to be shipped by me back to them at my expense,not even having the courtesy to send a human to reconnect my local cable... Which was cut by one of the DirecTV guys. DirecTV has no regard what so ever for their customers,there for I will dedicate every spare second, I have, by word of mouth to trash your sucky co and I will fight the balance of my bill all the way to the supreme court if I have to.I am a chef and would never dear to serve you chicken for steak..
