Rooms Today Complaint - Nightmare - Furniture

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PENNSYLVANIA -- I know it sounds bitter, but I've had nothing but trouble with this company. No one knows what they are doing, the phone line is always a 10 minute wait, and when you finally talk to someone you're pretty much guaranteed a lie or two.
Two months of waiting due to delivery men not showing up, walking in and deciding my furniture wouldn't fit, incorrect delivery times, and incorrect deliveries, did my chair show up only to be broken by the delivery men and not reimbursable by the store.
I had to made a few trips to the store because they couldn't handle it over the phone, and while I was there encountered several customers experiencing the same grief.

I feel for ya. I went to Rooms Today in Langhorne, PA and bought my furniture. I was very happy with the whole process.
