WirelessUnlocking.com Complaint - Did not provide service and won't refund charge
We paid wirelessunlocking.com to remotely unlock our T-Mobile cell phone. They did not send us an unlock code, so after many days, we asked where it was. They told us they had e-mailed it but would e-mail it again. After we re-sent them our info, they said they couldn't unlock our phone, which means when they said they had sent us an e-mail with the code before, it was a lie. We then asked for a refund of our PayPal payment, since they had not provided the service. They have not replied in the month since. I have filed a resolution through PayPal, which they did not respond to. I have escalated it to a claim, which they did not reply to.
Now, I am making sure they and everyone who reads this knows that THEY ARE A SCAM. Please, do not use this company.
