AT&T Wireless Informative - Returns & customer service
OHIO -- I had sent back the 3rd, non working phone in less than a month, and they are saying they STILL have not received it and are charging me 221.40 on my bill!I want this charge OFF my bill. I have been on the phone with them at LEAST once a week and when I call I get put on hold forever...last call I talked to someone for a total of 20 min. and was on the phone ON HOLD for around 2 hrs! After I did my part of sending the phone back (after calling them NUMEROUS times for a return label, and NOT getting it for a month!)and now it is AT& T's problem..not MINE...I won't be paying for this phone! I have disputed this charge the whole time. I HATE AT&T and will tell everyone I know that this company does not have good service.
I also changed my text message plan, and instead of changing it, they turned it off! I cant believe how terrible the service is!
