IntelliFlix Complaint - Can you wait over a year to get your DVD
PORTLAND, OREGON -- The mistake I made was renewing my annual 3 out membership at $190. I have 45 movies selected but none ship as they are not available. One has not been available for 15 months! You put them in order somewhat like you would like to see them but if you are lucky to get one at all it is from anywhere on the list.
I live in the NW but most of my DVD come from Mass. The reason they do not need to send you another while yours is in the mail.
I suspect their plan is on yearly membership is to dribble movies out to increase profit. They have no phone customer service and thye keep your card on file which will automatically renew over and over.
Watch out and if for some crazy reason you want to deal with this group do it month to month and hope you can cancel out without too much additional cost.
By the way I have contacted them several times when no DVDs show after they have received my returns for weeks. Their answer is even with 45 selections in que there are none available to ship.
