Capistrano Family Toyota Informative - Bad Service, Bad Paint When New

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA -- I paid cash for my new Highlander to find the following day the paint windshield and plastic all having really bad fall out from tree sap. I had to take it back 3 times and it still looked mess up. They rubbed out the paint job and put a new windshield in and couldn't do anything for the plastic. It sucked not having my car for two weeks having to drive a hunk rental car that stunk! Then the CD player died. They fixed that and messed up my heater. The heat would not turn cool. I had to take it back for that. then I got a brake job and the clip fell off the first day and was clanking and I had to take it back. Then I got 4 tires and an alignment and it pull to the right really bad. I took it back 4 times and they could not fix it. They said one tire was low on air pressure and that was not it. The tires wore bad. I took it to a Goodyear dealer and they checked the alignment and every setting was way out. Not even close! I took the printout of there alignment back to the Toyota dealer and they said the bad tire ware was not bad enough. I told them the steering wheel shakes when you drive it and it is unsafe but they did not care! These people are jerks!

I was told by the Goodyear dealer that the Toyota dealer has bad alignment equipment and I should never have gone there.
