Home Depot Complaint - Exterior Metal Door
GREAT FALLS, MONTANTA -- Dear Sirs,
Before I begin, I did wire my complete house with material from your store last year, with no problems.
It started about a month ago, I was simply trying to buy an exterior door for my house. I tried right after church one Sunday approx. 10:00 AM. I contacted a guy named Paul who worked that dept., after talking with him about a hour passed as he kept putting me off to answer his cell phone and I finally left a bit confused. I tried a couple more times at all times of the day to no avail. They were out to lunch or simply no one was available in the doors dept. I finally did manage to beg someone to get someone that could help me. I believe his name was Bob. He was knowledgeable but worked in plumbing. We finally ordered the door. The door came in it was a Jeld-Wen with obvious damage from the factory. I was told by Tom and given the impression that if I ordered another the same result May occur. I was going to re-order, however after dealing with the hassle of getting someone and Deinse at customer returns I decided to just get the refund and go somewhere else and get the door. I also talked to the store manager to no avail also. If I could of found an address I’d write a letter to you. I did check you out on the web and found many complaints of the same nature and no way to contact you. I won’t be buying any of your stocks, any day soon. This type of customer service can last so long!!!
