Auto Parts Giant Complaint - AutoPartsGiant.com
UNKNOWN, CALIFORNIA -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
6/28/07-Ordered auto parts, credit card charges posted that date.
7/16/07-Emailed on order status, 7/19/07 replied 'Order Shipped', provided no tracking #.
7/30/07-Emailed on order status, no response.
8/1/07-Checked AutoPartsGiant Internet site, stated Order #1978921 cannnot be tracked at this time.
8/1/07-Telephoned AutoParts Giant, 887/65-GIANT, manager 'ED' said order was missent to wrong address and they failed to resend the order. Stated my credit card would be credited NLT 8/7/07.
8/7/07-Emailed on credit, no response.
8/10/07-Telephoned AutoPartsGiant, told I would have to call back next week.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
Credit posted to credit card ASAP.
