New Windsor Family Dentistry Informative - Dentistry Business - Dentistry & the customer service

Review by uffersucks on 2007-08-10
NEW WINDSOR, MARYLAND -- This particular business is located in a very small town where most of the clients are elderly. The business is so poorly run, it is insane. They charge different people different prices routinely! The wife is so confused (and has ADD) she can't even remember how she comes up with the prices she charges on your Bills! In addition, they tell one person that they aren't open certain hours, then they tell the next person that those hours are available for appointments (goes along with the wife's ADD)!!!

Don't get me started on insurance claims!! The claims sit there for months before being processed. In addition, the doctor is always recommending the most expensive treatments that people in this small town don't want or can't afford! Not to mention, he can't seem to keep employee's because the doctor and his wife are so nasty to their staff (I've gotten to know some of the staff personally, and I can't believe what I've heard most of the time). I have overheard the doctor telling dirty jokes while I am in the very next room!!! How unprofessional is that! I have talked to so many other people who have transferred their records, and I plan to do the same.

The long and the short of the whole thing is, the business is poorly run and they are in a state of confusion all the time!

'They charge different people different prices routinely!' Very common in hospital ER's. The insured get charged more than the uninsured.

No, you don't understand....they charge insured people different prices for the exact same thing! Yeah, it's probably illegal or something, but they do it! It's HIS wife that works there that is sooo screwed up!!! not mine....I'm a girl, silly!!
