VOIP.Com Complaint - Customer Service Poor
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- VOIP.Com has extremely rude and poor customer service. You have to wait for over 1 hour to talk to a customer service and then when you ask them questions, they ask you to go to their web site and look for answer, then they hang up on you without listening to your questions.
This is the most rudest customer service I ever experienced and poor service. Their telephone line is not clear and keeps on dropping calls and service keeps on breaking up.
For consumers, don't use VOIP.Com, otherwise you will get a very big headache.
