Michael's Furniture Complaint - Do your math carefully.

VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA -- Michael's "low' price is not so after they tack on delivery charges and extra charges for fabric, etc. If delivery is "free" then they have upped the basic price. Their prices are negotiable so ask for free delivery AND a minimum of $60 for upgrading fabric.

Also, insist on itemizing each piece. When I tried to cancel an order that was going to be 2 months late, they tried to rip me off $100. Since I did not have an itemized list, they said it was "the best they could do."
I had my own itemized list but they dismissed it since it was not theirs.

Since you seem to have paid up front, what does your receipt say?? How can they just keep 100 bucks if you have proof you paid it??? Was this a special order or something??
