Wells Fargo Mortgage Informative - Vengeful Bank Practices

Review by jfs on 2007-08-12
I had a mortgage with Wells Fargo Mortgage and the payments were always paid on time . I ended up in divorce and my wife and I were signed on the loan together. She decided to divorce and also claimed bankruptcy and I had to file bankruptcy too because our bill were paid by both our incomes but I talked to the bank and made arrangements to keep paying for the home and I paid them loyally for two years after until I sold the home. The payments were never late and I paid off the mortgage in full. I then discovered that they put on my credit file that I bankrupted the home which damaged me and also they refused to give me any more credit after I paid off the entire mortgage and a loan for a recreational vehicle of 16000 dollars along with another loan for a car. These were all paid on time and paid in full but vengeful Wells Fargo not only hurt my credit by reporting the bankruptcy but also refused me credit even though I was a good customer and did what was right and paid them in full and on time. Is this vengeful or what .

How the banking commission has not shut them down is amazing. be thankful you never had to deal w/ the property loss department. I just added my sad story last week
