Vodka O2 Informative - Attempting to buy Vodka
I was in the UK and I simply wanted to buy their "new" Sparkling Vodka. Below, you can read the emails on how they treated me and the CEO's comment on Americans. Granted, all other UK people were friendly!

What makes you think that you are so important that you can show up at our office without an appointment , or that we are so needy to want to sell you two bottles because you werent capable to find yourself .
Your behaviour either is one of complete arrogance and self importance or you have some alternative motive . You were advised that the product would be on sale in the US and Michlle our customer service director offered to advise you where you could purchase it.
However ,I think your motives by your behaviour are less than honest . For the record the telephone numbers you provided went to some automated answering service in the US that would not work from UK.
Your behaviour makes you a very poor representative of Americans visiting overseas, expecting the whole world to revolve arround them. I am not anti American , my wife and two children are Americans, Philip Maitland CEO
For the record, this was the poorest excuse of sales and customer support I have ever seen. You expect to sell your product with this level of service? You would not even take my call, or met me face to face!
