DES MOINES, IOWA -- Finishline in Des Moines Jordan Creek Mall had Puma shoes on a rack that said 70%off. Look real close and it said in small letters, up to 70%off. I asked the sales clerk if they were 70% off and he said yes. When I checked out they said they were not on sale and I had to pay full price for them. The shoes had a red sale tag on them. I think I should have gotten the shoes on sale like I was told.
I will never shop at Finish line again.

You still bought the shoes didnt you? I would have found something that was on sale if I was looking for a deal. Apparently they were worth paying full price for. If I suspected that they were going to try to rip me off, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I would'nt have purchased the shoes.

I had the same thing happen to me at the same store in jordan creek mall in des moines iowa. They must do a lot of bait and switch when it comes to their sale merchandise. I had to get the shoes we were after as they were the on half size we could find. Thought we had found a bargain but got screwed at the check out counter by the store manager himself.
