SkyAuction.com Complaint - Theater/Dinner Certificate
Purchased a package on Saturday as the winner/highest bidder for the item. Paid for it immediately. Saturday evening passed. All of Sunday passed. I attempted to find a contact number to the customer service to no avail, just a fax number. Monday morning and afternoon passed. Finally, on Monday evening, I get an email that the package I purchased on Saturday WAS SOLD OUT. And, that they could offer me a package to a different play in September. Never mind that the item was originally for today's performance. And, I won and paid for the item immediately. No compensation was offered. Just a refund or wait until September and see a Play that I am not interested in nor did not bid for.
Be cautious before your purchase. This was my first and last time using this site.
