Wireless Unlocking Complaint - Did not fulfill deal with payment

Review by mamap on 2007-08-14
CALIFORNIA -- Provided all information to unlock my phone, submitted payment. They state they unlock phones anywhere from 2-36 hours. I received an e-mail the next day, they stated they could not unlock my phone they gave me another website, to unlock it with my computer.

I want my money back. They did not deliver what they stated they could do.

Exactly WHO is the "they" you are referring to?

Did the website they referred you to work?

This is the second post that makes reference to unlocking a cell phone. What exactly does that mean? I have never heard of it before... is it for a certain company or phone?

Unlocking a cell phone means you can use the phone to almost any network such as Sprint, AT&T, or Verizon, not just confined to one network. For example, iPhone is only compatible with AT&T, but if you unlock the phone, you can possibly use the iPhone on Verizon or Sprint network.
