The Air Climber Complaint - Can't get a refund - Exercise equipment

WALLINGFORD, CONNECTICUT -- I am complaining about The Air Climber. I sent this machine back before the 60 day guarantee was over, and I cannot get anyone to help me. They do not have any customer care that is toll free. I tried to call and was put on hold forever, on my cell phone too I called the company, (the number where you order it) and they cannot help me either. This company takes your money, and you pay $24.95 for s&h, then you have to pay that amount again to ship it back, and I am STILL waiting for a refund.

Very bad business. I have been waiting for over 60 days now and nothing.

What to do?

This might help, they hide themselves very good. Which tells you they are scared to death of their customers.
