Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy service contracts are a joke!
BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- Best Buy should not be selling service contracts on major appliances when they can not full-fill their obligations in a reasonable amount of time. I scheduled an maintenance appointment with 1-888-BestBuy. Nearly three weeks later the repair person came to the house and determined what was needed and ordered the part. He left and hasn't been back in a week. When I called 1-888-BestBuy they wanted to schedule another appointment for another three weeks out. Six weeks to plug in a part is excessive. Three weeks is excessive.
Best Buy needs to full-fill their obligations or quit selling service contracts.
