EATONTOWN, NEW JERSEY -- We bought a rocker recliner from Levitz and I noticed later that same day that one of the arms was deficient in padding. After sending out a rep who agreed and said it should be replaced, we were told we had to wait ten to 20 days for another person to approve this. This was in Eatontown, NJ, we had to move shortly afterwards and did not get a new chair, holding on the phone 45 min with customer service who did not help.

I will never again buy from this store. Wished I had seen this site beforehand.
