WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- My experience with this company is as follows:

I was charged $14.95 within days of my free 14 day trial period. I called numerous times to request a refund. Days later, the company refunded my money and politely apologized. Yesterday 8/15/07 there is a charge for $39.95 that was unauthorized. I am in the process of seeking a refund. I do not want to do business with this outfit.

I believe that the call center/fulfillment functions associated with this company
don't work in tandem with the initial order placed online. So some of this mess is unintentional; it is just systemic.

I've never heard of this company but suggest you contact your credit card company/bank to dispute the charge before too much time elapses.

Close your bank/cc account and reopen under a new number. Never give your info.

If this is on a charge card, that shouldn't be necessary. Dispute the charge with the card company. Internet sales without signatures are almost impossible for a shaky company to validate. If this is a debit from your bank account, do the same as "debit not authorized". You can also flag this entity from ever withdrawing a again, provided they don't maliciously change up their info.
