FotoConnection / eShopperPro4 Complaint - Bait and Switch?
MIDWOOD, NEW YORK -- I ordered a Garmin 172C PS from Fotoconnection. It was a great price and listed as "in stock". When I did not receive an email confirmation of my order within 24 hours I phoned the customer service number, twice, just to make sure it was company policy ad not just a rotten apple in the service department. I was informed the first call that there were 25 orders for this product and they only had 5 in stock, but for $50.00 they would rush one to me same day. The next call I was told the product was out of Stock, but for $50.00 they could ship one to me anyway.
I canceled my order and now hope they don't bill my card.
