Sprint/Nextel Cell Phone Informative - Ease of contacting this Company
OHIO -- I have had this service for about one year now. I have tried for five months to have my payment deducted from my checking account automatically. I have to go through Radio Shack - that was a waste of time - I have tried to call customer service twice after waiting 15 min of more each time, I got someone from India both times who I could not understand, but the first time she was going to send me papers to fill out and return, I never received them. The second time, I could not understand her and asked to talk to someone from the U.S. She could not do this I guess as she kept trying to make me understand her. I could not and said I would try to email Sprint. Well, this was also an exercise in futility. When you go into their site and hit email, you have to put your problem into 52 characters. You cannot get a proper email site at all. Does this look like 52 characters?? I have also filled out the back of my bill for autopayment twice and it is apparently ignored because it has not been done. This required personal information so I wonder where it is going???
While I like my cell phone, if you cannot contact someone in the office in the States, I am sure the other companies will be able to accommodate me. Thank you.
