Expedia.com Complaint - Pathetic Service - Travel Booking
They e-mailed me following a booking requesting that I contact them regarding a change in itinerary. The clerk I finally spoke to was useless and didn't know what I was talking about. Now I can't get an updated itinerary. Their service department doesn't respond to my e-mail for over a week. When they finally do, they ask me to call. After 16 minutes on hold, they hang up on me this morning at 9. Tonight at 9 after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up. I wonder if anybody actually works there.
Doesn't look like I will ever want to book through them and clearly I can't recommend them to others.
