Chase Manhattan Bank Informative - Blocking my International business transactions
I have used Chase business card for several years without any problems. I do business on an international basis importing merchandise into the US. A couple of months back for reasons unknown other than the system is automated, all my international transactions are being blocked without checking with me to see if the charge is authorized. Chase just blocks all the charges indiscriminately and then tells me that they have a new automated security system in place and there is nothing they can do about it blocking my transactions. I have called and complained. Each time I call they tell me the problem has been resolved only to occur with my next transaction. The companies I do business with are frustrated with my card being declined like I don’t have any credit or I am over my limit. I would strongly suggest that any business considering a Chase business card consider going with some one else who is more international friendly. At least Chase could have the common courtesy of calling to check with me before they just block my charges. I am fed up with Chase and their bull Shi_ security system. They will ruin your business if you depend on them to make payment on international transactions.
You best run find another company more international friendly and less automated.
