Sprint Complaint - Sprint Customer Service Stinks
While changing bank accounts recently, I accidentally paid my Sprint bill twice - once through my old account and once through my new account. Naturally, this bill happened to be larger than normal, due to adding a new phone for my son. I called customer service to request a refund, and from the SAME person was told that the refund would be processed in 3-5 days, then 7-14 days, and finally 16-20 days. Essentially, she was trying to make me let the money sit on my account until my next billing cycle. I requested to speak with a supervisor, was put on hold for 10 minutes, and was then told that all supervisors were busy and I really should not request a refund. So basically Sprint will take my money, but God forbid they refund me what is due to me. I have been with Sprint for over 10 years but this experience has tested my loyalty, and I will be looking for another carrier.
