Don Mcgill Toyota/Scion Complaint - Sucky Service - 2006 Scion Xb
KATY, TEXAS -- My husband bought a new, 2006 scion xb on 6/15/07. We had to take it back to dealership twice to take scratches out of paint and once to get bubbles out of tint. Now, it is back for bad synchronizer in the transmission (1500 miles). When my husband took it in to be evaluated about the grinding transmission he overheard the customer relations guy talking about my husband and how only a girl would worry so much about some scratches and he might as well be a girl because he is driving a girl car. Needless to say, he left with our scion and went to another dealership (fred haas tomball, another nightmare story) and is now trying to have it repaired and they would not even give us a rent car. What the heck is up with these dealerships treating us like crap? I am the consumer, I work hard for the money to pay for these cars.
I am really upset that there is basically nothing you can do to go up against a huge business and get anything resolved. They have you by the *(&%%^&^&**(.
