Intelliflix Complaint - Horrible Service & Damaged DVD's
It looks like I've fallen to the same trap many others have already endured. I have 40 titles in my queue and haven't received any title above #23 on my list for 4 months now. I never have 3 out at a time like they promised. I see the trend. Have you noticed that those like I who prepaid for a year or more are the ones who are left out in the cold with bad service. They are focusing on the monthly rental customers because they don't want to lose their business. As for us we are stuck. Yes, I too have tried to get my money back time and again only to be ignored. I've emailed the president of the company desperately only to be ignored as well. It looks like $100 dollars down the drain. Pass the word on to friends as I am. Good luck to all!
