Furniture - Complaint
I seem to be another customer taken advantage of by this company. We ordered an item many months ago and have received the same message from customer service reps..."The order has shipped and you should be receiving a call from the delivery company." Conveniently, our card was charged immediately...and still we have no product. After talking to the supposed head of the company Stan...and getting absolutely no resolve...I am determined this organization is a scam and needs to be shut down. I hope all the people who have filed complaints on this site have taken further action.
