Verizon Complaint - Can you hear me now? NO!
BUFFALO, NEW YORK -- Like the other reviewer, i switched from Cingular to Verizon for a family plan type of thing. I was going to get the razr but the salesman suggested a samsung (similar to the razr) After i signed on for 2 years, all i had was dropped calls and horrible service. Even with bars of service shown, a call would not go through. I brought it in to see what the problem was and the sales rep told me it was my fault for buying the phone with the internal antenna. They said i had to hold it specially so i tried it. It got no better so i took it in again. They checked it again and found that it was set up wrong. (They set it up in the first place) The phone kept trying to operate on one tower, where ever i went. My phone has since broken and they won't fix it so i have two choices- $300 for a new phone or up tp $175 to terminate.
I am terminating and going back to Cingular (att) or t-mobile (rents tower rights and usage from at&t) Verizon asks can you hear me now? NO!
