RCN Complaint - RCN Status Change - Customer Service- lack of!
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I have been trying for weeks to change my account; I would like to have one service turned off and enroll for a new option. OR so I thought! I have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks and have been unable to get a human voice on the line. I have hold times of up to 58 mins! My cell phone minutes and lunch hours are all being wasted away by incompetent RCN!
Also I signed up for FREE HBO:
1. it didn't work until after a month even then the Video on demand option just gave me an Error msg
2. The fact that the this has to be one of few companys which doesn't accept bill pay with major banks is a hassle.
3. What good is our account if all we can do is look at statements?
RCN- the service is ok...just hope whatever you initially sign up for is exactly what you want for life! They have absolutely no one answering a phone call apparently!
