VOIP.COM Complaint - Non existant customer service
GREENWOOD, MISSOURI -- When the sun set on my Sunrocket VOIP account, I searched and found VOIP.COM offered a similar service for the same price. I signed up via the Internet and found out after giving my charge card information that I would not get a local phone number in my area. Two days later and five hours of on-hold time with customer support convinced me to cancel my account. Thirty days later I see they have not refunded my credit card. Three more hours of on-hold time waiting to speak to the billing dept and they hung up on me.
This company is horrible. They clearly are planting phony reviews about their service in the VOIP blogs. I have since switched to Packet8 with no problems.
