Embassy Suites Complaint - Quality of Service - Hotel Management
BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- As an all-suites hotel, it should cater to families. However, breakfast service ends at 9:30am weekdays, far too early for families on vacation. The food quality is excellent, but the line for the food is quite long. At 9:30 all food service ends, so late-comers don't get fed. Not even a cup of coffee as so many other less expensive hotels offer in the lobby. If you want coffee you have to buy it or make it yourself.
Also, only wireless internet service is available for $10 a day in rooms, but connectivity is poor or non-existent. Other hotels offer it for free, and even offer ethernet connections. Not an option here.
The business center has 2 computers and a printer available, but you need a major credit card to use them.
This hotel is an OK value, but by no means fabulous. The suites are great for families with children, but the service and amenities are better suted to business people on an expense account. I'm not likely to recommend it to either type of traveller.
