Mr. Rags Complaint - Refund policy - Clothing
NORTHRIDGE, CALIFORNIA -- All I wanted to do was get a refund on a shirt bought 2 weeks earlier, with the tags still attached and a receipt. First the girl in the evening said she could not do refunds, only exchanges, we'd have to come back when the manager was there. OK, we wanted a refund, so we returned on Saturday. The manager was there and he told me they did not do refunds. I said it said on the receipt that refunds were allowed within 30 days, he said that did not apply to t-shirts. I said I wanted a refund, and I showed him the receipt. Then he backed down and provided it. I think they were trying to bully customers into not doing returns to keep their store income up. Bad business!! We are certainly not shipping there again and have told all the teens we know the same thing.
