Jennifer Convertibles Inc Complaint - Horrible! Don't Even Think Of Buying Their Products!
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- It was the worst purchase we ever made. A month after we bought the sleeper it started to look like a it was. We also purchased the Upholstery Shield protection plan. We were to get lifetime cleaning services. However, getting the service is a hell by itself. You call 800# to Jennifer which will take them for ever to answer. When they do, thy will give you the 631-371-6111 number. When you call you will be advised that someone will call you to schedule and appointment. It takes 24 hours before they do.
Stephanie left me a message to call back at the above number. When I called back they wouldn't give me an appointment but demand to see my "availability". I need to give them my "openings" for the rest of my life before they will have someone calling me to schedule area appointment.
What is that? When I called again, they have no company name to represent them, when answering the phone only "Cecilia and ?"Tom" answering the phone now.
Trying to contact Jennifer Convertible again - - it is forever before someone answers you.
Hell is an understatement.
I will never buy Jennifer Convertible again. I'd rather sleep on the floor then buying Jennifer Convertible!
Trust me, stay away! Don't bother to check the show room.
