Automobile Acceptance (Riverdale) Informative - Customer Service

RIVERDALE, GEORGIA -- I agree with the last young lady that wrote about the company. Although it doesn't matter whether you're a single mother or not. I am NEVER late on my payments and they made two mistakes where they "thought" I was and called with the rudest attitude ever! They absolutely have ZERO interpersonal skills. They are HORRIBLE! This is my first car ever and they are making this experience unbearable. I cringe each time that I have to call them with a payment. There are no please and thank yous just a "you better have my money "girl" type of attitude. Each time they called, I immediately gave those rude "ladies" my confirmation number and shut them down pretty quickly. There is no need to handle people with that type of attitude.

They need serious customer service training. I'm a pretty calm person and I am just waiting for the day that they call me back with more ignorance so I can finally tell them how I REALLY fell.
