Normally for a landline the billing does not have the call record. They do keep records of all calls. Most cell companies only include the call records only if the customer wants it. Is there a reason why you want a log of calls on your line?

I found the following on their web pages: Confidential customer records are only released once CenturyTel receives an official legal request from the appropriate source. For questions about products or service, please contact Customer Service.
