Target Informative - So frustrating
STOW, OHIO -- 5 months ago a fraud rep contacted me to inform me that a 1000.00 suspicious charge had been placed on my target visa. I hadn't used or carried a balance on the card in ages. (horrible interest rate) The rep made me feel very assured that the company had my best interest in mind, and that the card would be cancelled. I was to be mailed a new card and some info about the incident. I rec'd the card, but I never activated it. --The problem now is, I have caught a direct payment to Target Bank from my checking account 3 months in a row. Each amount is different and under $50. I received a letter thanking me for signing up for direct pay. WHAT? Now every time I call any phone number I can get for them all I get is voice mail and not one returned call. I am at my whits end about this. Someone somewhere is stealing from me directly from my ck. account on a monthly basis....and I cannot get one human on the phone to help me resolve this. If anyone knows of a phone number where I might get through to a real person....I couldn't appreciate anything more. I am for sure not shopping at their store ever ever again.
I don't care if my hair is on fire and they are the only store open that sells water. I'd rather be bald.
