DPR Realty Complaint - AZ Untrustworthy Realtor

Review by mercedez.adams on 2007-08-25
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- I experienced a severe financial loss while utilizing the services of AZ realtor - [name removed].

[name removed] is employed by DRP Realty of AZ, specifically working within the Phoenix, Scottsdale & Tempe areas.

While under escrow, [name removed], intentionally miscommunicated multiple negotiations costing me an unprecedented $5000 loss on the deal. She refuses to answer emails and phone calls, when approached with confirming facts to the lies she uses to falsify contracts.

I have filed a complaint with her realty company. I would like the informed public to know that this realtor is financially dangerous to work with; one who must be avoided at all costs.

Write to the Arizona Real Estate Commission. Not only do agents and brokers carry Errors and Ommissions Insurance, but most states have a recovery fund. You may have to win in a lawsuit to file a claim against the recovery fund, but $5000? Could be worth it What exactly did the agent do? Did you sign paperwork? All Real Estate deals are supposed to be IN WRITING!
