Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Techical Support - Compag Desk Top
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I purchased a Compaq desktop computer 11/06, and is still under warranty. Computer crashed 3/07. First call to tech support. I will need to purchased a recovery disk. Week later three disk arrive. Follow instruction, and installed as directed. Still would not work. Call to tech support, sorry we will sent you three more disk. Same disk arrive, reinstall, and follow direction. Again, still would not work. Another tech, oh I will need another disk. Disk arrives after a week. Tried to install, program not compatible with system. Another call to tech support, don't know what the problem is. Puts me on hold and then return(20 min). Box will be delivered, and sent system back. Box arrive and computer packed and fed-ex picked it up. Two weeks later computer returned. Opened the box and something blue on side of computer. Refused to take out the box. Four different tech. Support employees, ends up with a level 2 supervisor will be calling you back within 24-48 hours. This was 8/23/07. I do not want to take the computer out the box to see if it works. Something was spilled on the side and it looks it was wiped off. Tired to call today, company experiencing high call volume.
I heard this for 45 minutes before hanging up. Totally unsatisfied customer.
