Intelliflix Complaint - Intelliflix is a SCAM!
I have been a member for almost a year. They have stopped sending me movies, because if you want the new titles they keep moving them to the QUEUE area and tell you to pick more titles. I HAVE NEVER gotten a game sent to me, even though i have 15 listed in my QUEUE. They tell me it's because gamers keep them longer.
I have been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months now.
They will cancel it, but not refund any money. So if you pay for a year- which you have to, you have it for a year. Here is a copy of the last email sent to me
Subject : cancel my account
Description : This is the third time i am writing to you. I wish to cancel my account and be refund for the past 3 months as you keep moving my picks to "the waiting area" and out of the Queue. I understand games are being kept longer but i have NEVER received one game and that is the whole reason i joined your program. Please no more excuses, no more chances, just cancel my membership and refund the money owed to me.

However, as requested your request for cancellation has been processed. The cancellation takes effective at the end of your current billing cycle and refunds for unused portions of a membership will not be given.
