Airline Ticket Auction - Complaint
CALIFORNIA -- I have used SkyAuction in the past and was pleased however this time is a nightmare. They confirmed my plane tickets without my approval and now I can't get in contact with anyone that will discuss it with me. Very frustrating and may loose $3800. Have called them many times and left messages with a supervisor, CEO, Marketing Director, and Technology Director with no responses.
Be very careful when purchasing anything from Skyauction at this point.
