RealTapestry.com Complaint - Customer Service, Communication

TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA -- Ordered a tapestry on the 15th, as of the 27th no word on shipping although the site listed it as in stock and boasted quick shipping. I requested status through email on the 26th and received an auto response with tracking information on the 27th. I also took the time to write another email (not angry) asking if I had misunderstood their terms and received yet another automated email with the tracking information. They shipped on the 27th, 8 business days after ordered. Quick shipping? Now I have to wait an additional 5-10 business days to receive.

Absolutely no personal customer service, only auto emails and waiting. Please think twice before giving them your money.

Received 9/15. No I'm not a happy camper and the tapestry is much darker than described/shown.
