DALLAS, TEXAS -- I ordered software on 5/1/07. It was not compatible with my computer. I returned it to on 5/7/07. My account was never credited for the $144.98. I have written several letters which were ignored. Unfortunately I used my bank card for this purchase so I was not able to just refuse the charge. I received the company's name from my local community college.

I have also advised them that this company did not return my money.

You aren't exactly clear on the compatibility issue. What was the product? Were there no specifications listed?
As for returning the item, did you notify them that it was being returned? Was the item opened or did you decide it was imcompatible before you used it?
