DALLAS, TEXAS -- I ordered software on 5/1/07. It was not compatible with my computer. I returned it to on 5/7/07. My account was never credited for the $144.98. I have written several letters which were ignored. Unfortunately I used my bank card for this purchase so I was not able to just refuse the charge. I received the company's name from my local community college.
I have also advised them that this company did not return my money.
