Magellan GPS Informative - Bad or no service - Explorist 400
This is what I sent to the company 3 weeks ago.
I received no response
Your support line is not doing there job.
I have called 3 times, spent 2hours going over this crap over and over.
I bought a defective unit.
I was told to send it in for repair and they would reimburse the shipping.(It was a brand new unit. If I had known I would get all this runaround crap I would have just returned it to the store)
It was repaired and sent back without without the rechargeable battery and without reimbursement.
I am not calling that worthless support line again. I want to here back from a company rep. not somebody in India.
I am a boy scout leader with 3 of your gps units and a large audience of other scouts and scout leaders that I am going to tell about Magellans disreputable service.
I made the mistake of calling support again and was promised a battery 3 weeks ago. NO BATTERY CAME. They said I have to wait until I got the battery then call back again to complain about the refund.
