Pizzeria Uno Complaint - VERY bad service!!!!!

Review by Anonymous on 2003-01-24
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- Yesterday, i went to the march for life in Washington DC. We finished the march and my 3 friends and I decided to go to Union Station Pizzeria Uno for lunch. We got there at approximently 3:30 and made a reservation for a table of 4. They told us approximently a 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes, we went back up tp ask about our status, where they proceeded to tell us 20 more minutes, very very rudely might i add. We sat and waited another 40 minutes and then went back up to ask. They were extremley rude to us and when we cancelled the reservation, asked us why. We told them bluntly that their service was extremley poor and the manager went on to say "There's the door, goodbye" which was beyond rude in my mind. We left and i am now asking them for a explaination from the company on how poorly we were treated. I understand that it was busy yseterday but that was no excuse for the way my friends and i were treated.

Maybe they knew you had just attended the Forced Breeding march.

there's got to be more to this story than what you have presented here. i don't believe for a minute that the manager told you to leave without reason.

My favorite part about this review is the Forced Breeder comment. Funny. But appropriate.

Call and talk to the manager.
Perhaps the "manager" that was rude wasn't the true manager.
