LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- I had a family plan I got for my new wife and I. The bill got a little past due and was 250 dollars. So I paid it in full down to 0. Even received a statement stating a 0 balance. The family plan in the store was told to me that it was at the most 110 dollars if I didn't go over my minutes. Everyone I call has sprint! Mom, Dad,wife,brother,sister-in law, and best friend. I paid for mobile to mobile minutes to be free. I had 700 minutes otherwise. Well guess what the next month I had a phone bill for 350 dollars. I have called and tried to find out what is going on and nobody helps they just tried to get payments out of me. I am locked out from reviewing it online and stopped receiving statements now.
The bad thing is now they sent me to collections and have charged me 400 dollars for a cancellation on both phones. However in a family plan the second line is free. So how can they charge me 200 dollars to cancel the second phone which was free in the first place?
Sprint is terrible and always have been. They were ranked number 2 in bad customer service overall. It's a shame because I work Customer Service. Now I am struggling to try and pay a 700 dollar phone bill for one month of phone service that I didn't pay because it was not what they advised me at the sprint store. It was 240 dollars more and I have never heard of 350 a month for a phone plan
