Western Appliance Complaint - Crummy customer service

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- We purchased a Whirlpool washer on 3/24/07 from Western Appliance, sales person Will Williams Jr. On 8/19/07 the new washer would not spin on any cycle. I called the Whirlpool 800 number and set appointment. They came out and said it was timer and that was on back order. Part will ship from Mexico on 9/5/07. So until then tuff luck. I called Western appliance to complain about defective washer. Will Williams would not even let me finish my issue before he cut me off and told me not their problem. I in turn called customer service (Debbie Rogers). After calling her numerous times I finally talked live and she told me after one month it is the manufactures problem not theirs.

I will never buy appliance from Western again. They are horrible.

this Western Appliance sounds like they need to be selling used cars,and not appliances.
They don't service what they sell?Are they a hardware store?

What part is needed?Control Board?
Is it a front loader?(Duet)
