Burger King Complaint - The Worst Customer Service In Fast Food
COZAD, NEBRASKA -- I took my children to Burger King in Cozad Nebraska tonight. The Restrooms were filthy. After waiting in line for over 6 minutes, we placed our order. The manager took the order. Food took over 10 minutes, and when I went up to inquire about the meal, it wasn't all there.
My son had ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, and it wasn't even made. They accidentally made a triple, so I told them to just give me that.
Meal was bad- Everything except for the triple was cold.
The place was filthy with flies.
No sorry, no nothing when I settled for what I was given, NOT what I ordered.
I peeled off the game piece from my drink- (which tore in the process) and won a small coffee.
When I went up to redeem manager told me (same manager) that she could not accept it because it was torn. I said and I was mad... You messed up my order, and now you won't even give me a small cup of coffee, because my ticket is torn? I was very upset.
When I got home I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. Sanjuana- the very manager who ruined my evening answered. I asked her her name, and then the name of her boss. She said her boss's name is Angela. Then she said, just a minute, and laid down the phone- After 7 minutes I knew she had no intention of coming back to the phone. NO KIDDING 19 minutes and 40 seconds, with nothing but listening to them in the background and somebody hangs up the phone. I immediately called back and spoke to Jordan who called his manager to the phone only to find out that she was too busy to come to the phone (WEIRD) I asked Jordan who Sanjuana's boss is and found that her name is Angela, and she works at the Burger King in Lexinton. I tried to call Angela this evening at Lexington, and found that she only works days.
I will phone her tomorrow.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER BURGER KING AGAIN- AND WILL INSIST THAT EVERYBODY I KNOW NOT EAT THERE AGAIN.
