Jcwhitney.com Complaint - Not a happy customer

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I tried this website out due to extreme need.. I immediately regretted it. I overpaid for my new fender and the part didn't even fit my Jeep! I asked the customer service person if it was the right part to get and he kept assuring me that it was, but when it got here not even my favorite mechanic could install the thing! Do not go here.

The customer service rep probably gave you the wrong part for kicks just because you forced him to assure you it was the correct part multiple times.

Do not think that they would do that…
It causes companies money/time to handle disputes and returns.

I'm cursing jcwhitney! I hate them for not delivering my order on time... they promise that they would deliver all things on time.. but it never happen!..

I never understood why someone would argue and be so determined to order something when the person taking the order says its the wrong part. Its like warning someone not to step in dog poo and they argue back they'll step wherever they want.
