Home Depot Complaint - Injured in Garden Department
DAHLONEGA, GEORGIA -- I was recently injured in the Garden department of a local HomeDepot store. The place was so cluttered that you couldn't walk. I tripped over one of those metal carts and gashed my leg and made a large knot on my shin.
The cashier asked if I was okay. I said yes but hurting. I checked out and proceeded to customer service to report the injury and tell someone they needed to straighten up the mess.
The (I am reluctant to call him a gentleman) After waiting on one leg for half an hour, Finally snapped my head off. Didn't seem at all concerned of my injury just snapped that he would have someone straighten up the carts. No apology. No are you okay. Nothing but rudeness.
I guess I should feel privileged that someone talked to me after half an hour.
HomeDepot customer service is worse than bad. They do not offer you a service. Maybe we should rename them Cheerleaders for HomeDepot. They don't seem to be good for much more.
